O’Higgins are natives of Ireland now
residing in Stuart, Florida, which is the
base of their international prophetic
teaching ministry - Reconciliation Outreach.
They have been in full time ministry for over
twenty-five years. Paul holds a doctorate in
Biblical Theology. They travel extensively,
and have ministered in 30 nations.
The ministry of the O’Higgins challenges
and blesses believers throughout the Body of
Christ with the anointed word of God. Their
vision is to call forth, train and mature
faithful followers of Jesus from every part
of the church, to take their place in the end
time harvest. They are also among those
called to recover the church’s
connection with Israel and the Jewish people.
