About Us
“Therefore, if
any one is in Christ, he is a new creation;
the old has passed away, behold, the new has
come." All this is from God, who through
Christ reconciled us to Himself and gave us
the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in
Christ God was reconciling the world to
Himself, not counting their trespasses
against them, and entrusting to us the
message of reconciliation.
So we are ambassadors
for Christ, God making His appeal through us.
We beseech you on behalf of Christ, be
reconciled to God.
"For our sake He made Him to be sin who
knew no sin, so that in Him we might become
the righteousness of God."
(2 Corinthians 5:17-21)
God has reconciled us to Himself through
Jesus and has made us His ambassadors.
Seeking to proclaim the message of
reconciliation to the world, we plead with
people of every nation and denomination to be
reconciled to God through Jesus.
This is the message and commissioning of all
believers. We have had the privilege of
taking this message to more than 30 nations.
Our ministry expresses itself through
seminars, church meetings,
interdenominational gatherings, writing, and
evangelistic and healing meetings.
The ministry is especially involved in
teaching and equipping the whole church to
preach the whole gospel to the whole world
and to disciple believers to wholehearted
discipleship to Jesus. As God is restoring
more and more truth to the church we teach
the church to come to the full counsel of God
and receive from Him the fullness of His life,
character, blessing and anointing
Our teaching ministry also includes a special
burden that the church’s connection with
Israel would be rightly understood and fully
restored.
We travel to cities and nations to which we
are invited or for which we receive a special
burden.
Paul & Nuala
O’Higgins are servants of God and of His
people. They are natives of Ireland and now
live in Stuart, Florida, which is the base of
their international prophetic teaching
ministry - Reconciliation Outreach. They have
been in full-time ministry for over thirty
years. Paul holds a doctorate in Biblical
Theology, and Nuala is a graduate in
education from the University of London. They
travel extensively and have ministered in
over 30 nations.
The ministry of the
O’Higgins challenges and blesses
believers throughout the Body of Christ with
the anointed word of God. Their vision is to
call forth, train and mature faithful
followers of Jesus from every part of the
church to take their place in the end time
harvest. They are also among those called to
recover the church’s connection with
Israel and the Jewish people.
